DePaul University College of Law and the Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation is pleased to announce their Fifth Annual National Cultural Heritage Law Moot Court Competition! The 2014 Competition will focus on the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act (CPIA), 19 U.S.C. §§ 2601-13, which establishes a framework for imposing import restrictions on undocumented archaeological and ethnological materials.
