Board of Directors: Thomas R. Kline

Thomas R. Kline is Of Counsel at the Washington Office of Andrews Kurth, LLP. Tom concentrates his practice in civil litigation, arbitration, and alternate dispute resolution involving the following areas: general commercial matters, bankruptcy, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, energy, environmental issues, administrative law cases, antitrust, and art and cultural property. He received his JD and AB from Columbia University where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Law Review.  He has authored numerous articles and speaks frequently about the recovery of stolen art and cultural property.
