During this lunchtime presentation and discussion, Mariano Aznar will present some thoughts on how countries can protect underwater heritage and keep treasure hunters away from shipwrecks. Dr. Aznar is a legal scholar and one of the leaders in the implementation of the 2001 UNESCO Convention related to underwater cultural heritage. Brownbag Lecture – Bring a Lunch!

An open discussion will follow a short presentation.
