NAGPRA at 20 is a two-day public symposium organized by the National NAGPRA Program, The George Washington University Museum Studies Program and The George Washington University Department of Anthropology. It will critically assess the status of NAGPRA, marking the 20th anniversary of its passage. The symposium will focus on the past, present, and future of NAGPRA.          

NAGPRA at 20 will be held at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.  It is scheduled for November 15-16, 2010. The 20th anniversary of NAGPRA is November 16, 2010. The symposium is scheduled prior to the NAGPRA Review Committee meeting. The Review Committee meeting will be held at the Department of Interior Yates Auditorium, 1849 C St. NW, in Washington, DC, not far from the GW campus.
